The Wildflowers create luxury wedding florals for modern, design-led celebrations across Yorkshire and the UK. Consisting of Amy and Gillian, a mum-and-daughter team based in Yorkshire, we create floral designs that are bold, considered, and completely bespoke.
Gillian's been growing and arranging since before I was old enough to hold a stem, and I came to floristry properly after doing our own wedding flowers together and realising I never wanted to stop. I went and got my City & Guilds, achieved a distinction, and then we just... kept going.
Since then we've worked at some of the most beautiful venues in the North — Grantley Hall, Rudding Park, Harewood House — and the business has grown way beyond anything we imagined when we were working off our kitchen tables.
We love the big briefs. The ones with a real vision behind them. If you want someone to take your ideas and run with them — we're your people.

We take the creative side seriously and the organisational side just as seriously, because the best flowers in the world don't mean much if the experience getting there wasn't great too.

How far in advance should I book a florist?
Most wedding suppliers will book clients 2 years in advance. The popular summer/autumn dates will book up quickly so if there's a supplier you really love, get them booked before someone else does! However if we are available we will be able to help you out - email us to check our availability.
Who are the Wildflowers?
We're a mum-daughter team who started the business in 2022 after Amy got married and they did her wedding florals together. Amy loved it so much that she went to her local college to do a City & Guilds course and achieved a distinction. We started out at our kitchen tables until we grew enough to get a studio. The rest as they say, is history!
I don't know anything about flowers!
That's not a problem! We can work with a colour scheme/pinterest board; just let us know if there are any flowers you really like/dislike!
How much should I budget for my flowers?
It really does vary depending on how much of a floral impact you want — personal flowers only is a very different budget to full ceremony and reception styling. As a rough guide, our weddings typically start from £1,000, and our average spend sits around £1,500–£5,000. We're really transparent with pricing so download our brochure or drop us a message and we'll give you a clear picture straight away.
Where are you based? Do you travel?
We're based in West Yorkshire but we absolutely can travel across the UK to deliver you beautiful wedding florals.
What happens to the flowers after the wedding?
The morning of the wedding your flower fairies will come and set everything up. Then the next day we will come and remove any items you've rented from us. We will dismantle any ceremony florals and leave you the flowers that are in good condition; some couples give these to guests, gift them to local nursing homes or place them on graves. Of course we can remove them if you're jetting off on your honeymoon!
