Tharushi & Ben - Rudding Park

Tharushi & Ben | A Pastel Pinterest Dream at Rudding Park

Some weddings stay with you. Tharushi and Ben's was one of those.

From the very first consultation, Tharushi knew exactly what she wanted — and honestly, it was everything we love. Pastel colours, meadow-style abundance, something joyful and full of life.

The centrepiece of the day was the split arch installation either side of the top table at Rudding Park — two sweeping columns of blooms in blush, peach, lilac and soft coral, with a floral meadow pooling across the floor between them and gold lanterns flickering at the base. Rudding Park in full summer light with flowers absolutely everywhere. There was a moment when it all came together and we just stood back and thought — yes, that's exactly it.

But the detail we're still talking about? The bridesmaids' bouquets. Tharushi's bridal party each wore a different pastel dress — sage, sky blue, blush pink, mint, lilac, lemon, soft green — and each bridesmaid had her own monotype bouquet designed specifically to complement her shade. So rather than everyone carrying the same thing, the whole party became this living, walking colour palette. The photos speak for themselves.

It was one of our favourite days ever. The kind of wedding that reminds us exactly why we do this.

If you're planning something bold, colourful and completely your own — we'd love to hear from you.
