Tom & Tom | Modern, Wild & Utterly Abundant at The Woodlands Hotel

There are weddings where the brief just clicks immediately. Tom and Tom's was one of those.

They knew what they wanted — abundance, greenery, something that felt modern but completely wild. Not overly structured, not too polished. The kind of florals that look like they've almost grown there naturally, but with real intention behind every stem.

The Woodlands Hotel is such a beautiful backdrop for that kind of design. Those arched windows, the herringbone floors, the clean architectural lines — it almost asks for something lush and overgrown to balance it out. So that's exactly what we did.

We built two large floral columns framing the ceremony space, packed with white hydrangea, roses, tulips, and trailing greenery that spilled down onto the floor in great rolling clouds of blooms. Concrete pedestals with asymmetric arrangements either side, and flowers pooling across the floor at the base — that slightly undone, garden-spilled look that feels effortless but takes an awful lot of work to get right.

The whole space felt immersive. Like you'd walked into somewhere magical.

Tom and Tom, it was such a pleasure. This one's going straight into the favourites.
